The times for PG and prep baseball are completely off. They start timing after the kids pass the 10 meter mark.

At the Miami Baseball Forum today, Javi Rodriguez said that when he broke the school single season stolen base record, he was the 4th fastest player on the team. Nettles, he said, was the fastest.

I asked JD how Jailen's 6.34 time compares to our all-time record. He said Nettles had a 6.0 60-yard.

Jim Morris spoke at the Florida baseball coaches conference back when Nettles was playing. He said that Devin Hester was the fastest man in college football, but the second fastest man on his own campus.
