OK so I had 8. What are your 5? I'm only going back to 1990.

1) Georgia Tech 23 Miami 20. The fumble. That's it.
2) FIU 30 Miami 24, 2019. How can you lose to your little brother from across the city? At the site of the Old Orange Bowl adding insult to injury.
3) Middle Tennessee 45 Miami 31, 2022. MTSU kept connecting on deep passes and TVD had a really bad day.
4) Clemson 58 Miami 0. 2015. Al Golden's last game. Listless, uninspired performance. I felt really down about the program on that day.
5) Virginia 48 Miami 0, 2007. Last Game at the Orange Bowl. Fireworks went off at the end of the game also adding insult to injury.
6) F$U 47 Miami 0, 1997. We couldn't do anything that game. I remember QB Ryan Clement being thrown into the goalpost by Sam Cowart. In our defense, we were in the middle of probation and shorthanded playing lots of true freshmen.
7) Syracuse 66 Miami 13, 1998. Thanksgiving weekend 1998. We ran into a buzzsaw. Curiously, the next week we upset UCLA as Edge went for 299 yards rushing.
8) East Carolina 27 Miami 23 1999. We were up 23-3 and blew the game in the second half. Couldn't do anything. QB Kenny Kelly needed a valium as he was harassed all night.

I was at that ECU game. Parents drove me from VA, was the first game I ever went to. Hurricane came through and ECU weren’t able to use their stadium and the game was moved to NC State. I’ll never forget the goalposts being carried out and my Dad telling me to look and enjoy the experience.
