Clemson is throwing Ethan Darden who was their Saturday starter

Not great stuff. Very hittable. He began the year in a long relief role and then moved into the rotation. I believe we were his 2nd start. We had 5 hits and 2 ER on him in 3 innings earlier in the year and then he got yanked and the bullpen mowed us down.

Overall he carried a 4.4 ERA and a .275 BAA. Pitt and BC have hit him hard in his last 4 starts.

I haven't followed the last month plus but did Scanlon get hurt or start really struggling? Noticed he has been in the lineup for the 2 acc games

Everything is leaking arm side for Ziehl. Definitely got tired from the long inning.

Don't think he's gonna make it much further than 4-5 innings today.

I think the strategy in this park is sit low and away and keep it in the yard. We're trying to let him pitch up in the zone so far. I think that backfires on us if we don't adjust.
