• Vanderbilt lost one of the key pieces to its 2023 class when Reese Mooney, a three-star quarterback of Denham Springs (La.) High, decommitted Tuesday night. Mooney, the No. 673 overall prospect and the No. 33 quarterback in the class, also has offers from Arkansas, Kentucky, Nebraska, Ole Miss and Miami, among others. Mooney also wants to play baseball in college.
