2020 is almost here. Does Miami win a national championship in this new decade?

4 different teams have won a Natty in the last 10 seasons.
Let's see what they did the previous 20 and 30 years prior to their NC:

Alabama 2009- won 1 title in 20 years and 0 in 30 years.
Auburn 2010- won 0 titles in 20 years and 1 in 30 years.
FSU 2013- won 1 title in 20 years and 1 in 30 years.
Clemson 2016- won 0 titles in 20 years and 0 in 30 years.

Right now, we sit at 1 title in the last 20 and 1 in the last 30.

So, you're saying we have a shot? :LOL:

I reckin not. I'm 49 yrs young and don't expect anything to change. Oh well, I'M so happy that my 49ERS are back. I never gave up on both teams but fixin to think that the U is falling off my
 
be lucky to win our division a couple of times.. that's about the expectations now... we had a great run, it was glorious, but it ain't coming back.

Glad my Lakers are committed to winning.. I see them wining a couple more rings this decade..

Yes. What is will not always be. Miami will, at a min, stumble over one due to being in a hotbed of HS ball.

We won’t make the playoffs. To do that, we’d have to go undefeated and win the ACC. Even if we don’t play FIU someone from the mix of GT, Pitt, UVA, VT, UNC, Duke or FSU will trip us up. And don’t forget coastal carolina and bethune cookman.

Seriously, some have more knowledge than me on what's going on in South Florida. Are the ex PLAYERS have any pull or influence on the program
 
Ummm have you seen this Miami team lately???? They a bunch of losers!!! SOFL kids soft. Miami will never sniff a championship ACC or Natty. We should just save face and drop the football program all together.
 
Miami will never win another CFB title. Those days are long gone. I don't think that school is capable of fielding a team that gets ten wins at this point.

We play the little sisters of the poor 10x per year. 10 wins should be our floor.

Am wondering when the ACC gets fed up with this pack of leeches on our BOT and throws us out of the conference. Given the basketball and baseball teams are *** too, it’s got to happen sooner or later. Those Tobacco Road boys are dumb, but they must realize there are better teams out there who would bring something more to the conference.
The gravy train stops DEAD then.
