2020 is almost here. Does Miami win a national championship in this new decade?

Some things are getting better. In 2011 Miami almost had Petersen. He backed out, we got Golden. Most of the other hot names that year also flopped so just bad luck. Few years later ended up with a decent coach in Richt, who had a top 20 salary. It was the safe choice for a dying program. School was even going to pony up an additional 1.5 mil for an OC! Richt got us to #2 in the country with 1 game left. He retires.

Then we had a deal in place for Cristobal. In retrospect, should have been the guy. Blake James f#cked it up. His fate is tied to Manny. So we will have a new AD picking the next HC. I think we will FINALLY get it right.

Too bad that this year's Natty isn't in the next decade. I guess we'll have to win another one, back to back.

I dont think so until we start winning the coastal consistently we have no shot. We have been in this league 15 years and won the coastal once. That's a major problem... Virginia tech has played in the Acc championship 6 times. We are recruiting off location and old memories **** is very far from national championship dreams.
