The stadium renos, I believe, is a big reason why the Canes and Dolphins will try to make big hires. Not the ONLY reason, but it plays big factor. They aren't dumping millions into that stadium to have empty seats.

The issue isn't the stadium, it's the product on the field. People aren't going to pay for a crappy product.
