What a disaster it has been. 11 of the 19 guys signed will either never play another game or only contribute marginally. Richards and Malek were great gets but included in that group of 11 guys. 2016 will probably go down as the worst class in the last 25 years, collectively. I still blame Golden for this. These guys should have been juniors or RS Sophomores playing big minutes. Big reason UM talent is still not where it should be.

Sign the guys we’re going hard for, get a decent OC, straighten out the O Line and we are a legit top 15 team next year. Either that or CMR goes deep into Lincoln Riley / Urban Meyer boot camp in the offseason.

Agree with you. Richt has only two classes of his own. Needs more of his own recruits. Probably has as many of his recruits at Ga as he has here.

Whew looking at that ‘16 offensive class is atrocious. Essentially only Homer left of any substance.

This has been going on for years now. Guys not being able to contribute, transferring, or getting dismissed. It's the reason we've played underclassmen the majority of the time year after year. It's like this program is cursed.

So much for coach evals! Dang that’s bad. Top three rated guys are gone. Really only hit on Pinckney and Joe Jack. We knew Shaq would be solid. Add in the loss of Ahmmon and Malek and whew that’s a LOT of bad choices. And Homer, he’s been solid. Bethel, McCloud and Romeo have been ok. But not stellar. Might be short selling them a bit. Oh well, gotta figure out how to change that trend... and it’s not looking good with the loss of a guy like Thomas..😔

Hyperbole is fun, and 2016 isn’t an amazing class but stop it, it’s fine for a transitional class and 2011 was much much worse.

Ahmmon was freshman of the year? Malek was rising to be one of the top corners in the ACC. Can't just disregard them.

All-Conference DE
All-Conference WR
All-Conference ILB
2nd Team All-Conference OLB
2nd Team All-Conference RB
Romeo is a stud at Striker, which is new so he's quality.
Starting quality CB

Not hyperbole. Just numbers wise, by the end of year 3 only 8 guys were playing meaningful minutes. That’s bad on every level. I’m not discounting the guys who are playing, but horrible depth. A program breaker.
