Here is a list of every 2016 recruit in Florida ranked 3 star or higher. Miami has offered most of the top talent in the state. I would love to see CB Khalil Ladler & OLB Emmett Rice get offers by the end of the spring.

It looks to be a down year state wide at RB (making striking out on Jordan Scarlett even more painful)

Keir Thomas (boy will grow into a DT he'll be the best one down here)
Brian Burns (but i believe he has been offered.)
Aaron Thompson
Donovan Thompson
Emmett Rice
Dontye Carriere-Williams
Trey Sneed

and that's about it in my opinion.

Based on how things played out, I don't think Scarlett was every coming. Miami did everything they could(except win more games), but the kid just isn't a Cane. Also plenty of people thought Dexter wasn't really coming either. So if Walton hadn't reclassified, would everyone be ok with just Cronkite in this class?
 
What school does 5* OLB rahshaun Smith attend? I would take 6 L'S this class 4 pure lb's and 2 olb/s hybrids so far looks like we have 4 I'd go for one more pure and one more hybrid then focus on DB's and DT. .. hopefully we taking 30-35 kids this class
 
D.C.W. should have been offered yesterday..... one of the best CB in dade.... seems like another Rashard Fenton situation..... wants to be a Cane, and a baller at CB.. but Miami hasn't offered... plus should at RB Ivan Smith from Columbus to that list.... hes big time

He's originally from South Carolina but he's at IMG this year.

Don't know if he's originally from South Carolina, but he did play for the same HS in Maryland (Calvert Hall) as Lawrence Cager 2 years ago and transferred to St. Francis (MD) last year...

ah yeah that's right it was Maryland. was thinking SC because he is favouring Clemson. either way that's a lot of transfers.
 
QB Franks, RB Buie, WR Gavin, Johnny Huntley, DE Burns, ATH Sneed, DL Aaron Thompson all have offers. I'm not 100% sure on Thompson but I do believe he has an offer per a 247 article I read a couple days ago

Not on rivals.

Got to remember there are 4 different companies with rankings. Rivals and Scout are not very good. 247 raided most of the rivals evaluating talent when they were created a few years ago. They also purchased many of the team sites from rivals.

He is a 4 star on 247 and on their composite score. 247 is probably the best site, and the composite score averages out each players score from the 4 companies, that seems to be the best number to use.

Also, keep in mind, until a few years ago players weren't getting ranked this early. I think the first rankings came out in July/Aug after summer camps. It's kind of pointless to have rankings right now, but recruting sites make money by hyping the next class immediately after signing day.

I think paying for recruiting sites should be illegal. If EA cant use players for games then these sites shouldnt be using interviews with kids to get money. Only reason we come is too see what the kids say on their site.
 
Why the **** wouldn't a DT challenged staff not be offering guys like Keir Thomas and Thompson? If you can't sign the big prototypes like you've never done, then at least offer these guy so that come NSD they won't feel disrespected. Dumb and Dumber, Al and D'Nofrio are.
