I saw a Good Wife episode where the defendant shot down a drone in his back yard and there was no clear regulation around who controlled the air space. above one's property. Wonder if that ever got figured out?...

Pretty soon we're going to see one of the GAs camped out on a scaffold during practice & scrimmages with a rifle skeet shooting drones.
