As best I can tell, if you normalize it to after 10 games or more post Fraser:
1993 (Brad Kelley’s only season)
2011 (Morris missed substantial time early with a medical issue and JD was acting head coach)
2017
2018

The 2006 team was 6-6 after 12 but played nonconference series at UCLA and home against Florida in that stretch.

The 2014 team was 5-5 but played nonconference series against Florida and at Florida State (that was the year the ACC ****ed up and didn’t schedule them) in the first 10.

I'm not sure about overall but the last time we finished below .500 in ACC play was 2013 we were 14 and 16.

And we won't play our first road game until game 16 w the likes of LIU and Stonehill on the home schedule. If we're under .500 at that point, the entire staff should be summarily fired.
