**Dexter Williams had his in-home with Miami last Thursday and told coaches he would not be taking any more officials. The next day, he went to Louisville for the weekend. Miami remains focused on holding on to Jordan Scarlett and Mark Walton. Keeping Williams would be a luxury at this point. I don't see him sticking.

**FSU is still the likely destination for Da'Vante Phillips, but Miami is making things interesting down the stretch. Brad Kaaya has made Phillips his own personal priority. Last weekend when Phillips was on campus for his official, Kaaya got straight off his plane from the ACC awards ceremony and told Phillips he wanted to help him win the same offensive rookie of the year award next season. The depth chart at Miami is also a factor working in their favor.

**** that Dexter Williams news hurts. Do you think Jordan Cronkite will jump back with us if he decommits?
 
Losing Dexter would hurt, but if we can keep both Scarlett and Walton I would still be extremely happy with this RB class.
 
Seems Anthony Jones would take Dexter's spot.

Walton and Scarlett combined would still be the best RB class in the nation.

Not enough footballs to go around for that group alone.

Hold your horses man. Would not even be the best class in ACC. FSU has Patrick and Frazier, and if Frazier decommits, then FSU will go after Scarlett.
 
I think w/ the combo if Kaaya and jones he'll be ours at the end.. It's either go play w/ ur boy or be a star here.. Seems like Kaaya wants him bad we need this kid he's what Rudolph & lane were last year it would make a statement
 
Damauri Jones doesn't have a future here. Njoku is a TE. The WR depth chart is pretty favorable......................

WR Rayshawn Scott Sr. (who knows if he will evere be healthy)
WR Herb Waters Sr. (mystery)
WR Stacey Coley Jr. (mystery)
WR Malcom Lewis Jr. (will he ever recover)
WR Braxton Berrios Soph (limited to slot WR)
WR Darrel Langham Fr. (maybe TE down the raod)
WR Terrl Chatman Fr. (good looking prospect but will he stick)
 
Thanks troll.....Walton and Scralett are both better than Patrick and Frazier.

The staff should let them guys take there visits.. if my son become a D1 prospect i wouldn't be to happy with a coach telling him not to take anymore visits i mean thats a part of the process.. that kind of stuff turn kids and parents off by the staff

Happens all the time. Did it say our staff told him he couldn't take visits or did it say he told the coaches he wasn't taking any more officials?

It was also a visit to Louisville, in Dec, when he is his an EE.

Isnt dex coming this weekend? Also wasn't there talk of him not being able to EE? His teammate jalen Julis went with him on the visit so if he has an offer id expect them both to end up there. Phillips news in encouraging a little
