#1 reason this whole staff needs to be fired..IMO

When AG got here we were what? Weak at the point of attack.(both our lines get ZERO push and most any team can run the gut on us all night if they so choose) We always had bad penalties that killed drives(Red zone penalties anyone? 3 tds taken off the board in the last two games) We had no identity as a program(No one truly know what multiple means, and its not like any of them seem to work. I have no clue if we are spread or shotgun or what but none of it seems to work when you NEED it to) And we had no heart. We laid down in the biggest of moments in every game that has been close under this staff. All of the things that got RS fired are still an issue in this program. And that, to me, is the reason this whole staff needs to go!

We desperately need to start from scratch. The country club is STILL here. We have no DOGS on this team! No one that would fight you if you crossed them. What do you think our departed OT (can't think his name) would have done last night after that guy flipped Kaaya over. Dude should have gotten slammed!

Some should probably be kept, if for no other reason than recruiting but I'll leave that up to Butch.
 
Only coaches worth a **** are Kehoe and Ice (even though I'd prefer Soldinger, God knows are special teams would be 10 times better than that crap Al coaches now) and I'd keep Beard around too, other than that clean house

We've improved at NOTHING since Al has been here, at this rate I wish Randy or Clappy were here and I thought I'd never say that. See absolutely no reason he still has a job when the canned Randy for much less, and if I hear another announcer bring up that stupid "Cloud" that's not the reason why we are here it's because Al is a terrible head coach

Well, RS had us in the same place. We had to make a move. Just as we have to do it now too. This show has run its course. It should have happened last yr. Or even the yr before...
 
The sad thing is that I see a lot of really good football players on this team who are not being allowed to win football games because of the ineptitude of the corching staff. It's sad to see F A G facking over the players the way he does because he sucks so badly at his job.
 
Yes I agree on the whole staff. Let the next coach create his own relationships with locals. There is no need to keep anyone associated with this staff. Not on them personally, but I would let them all go. Maybe Ice. But Kehoe? ummm your OL makes too many ME plays! and Beard, um those Wr get NO separation, and the drops are down. Sorry but you have to go too. Maybe the Dias guy, for recruiting with Ice. But that would even be stretching it IMO. Oh please take Swasey too!
