Kayaking down the Estero river is a great suggestion and the ppl that own that shop are really cool. Although, I would say that kayaking Tarpon Bay in Sanibel is the better option. Especially since most of the recommendations have them heading over the causeway

Ding darling in Sanibel is beautiful. Lovers key is great just south of Fort Myers. If you want good cheap food, Three Peppers is amazing. Some of the best Cuban on the west coast is at Fernandez the Bull. If you want to explore a little, you can always drive to Everglades city

Bubble room is so cliche and over prkced.. I can't stand that place. Doc fords is solid though. Overall good suggestions.
