Davis is more of an OLB/WDE (who will outgrow LB in a year or two). We just need to hold onto Pierre as he is the best pure MLB in the state. Don't get me wrong, I want Rian Davis in this class, but he projects better to Sam or WDE than MLB IMO.

I know its not all about speed, but for someone with his slender build to be so slow is ridiculous. His film doesn't pop, and I personally like my possession receivers (what Dunmore would be here) to have a little more size if they aren't going to be fast. Who would Dunmore play over here...

I hope MNW uses him at LB this year to prepare him for college instead of having him just rush the passer as a glorified DE. There will be a learning curve for him, but playing the position this year would really help his development IMO. We have not seen a single guy who was strictly a pass...
