Z’s prospect watch: Pensacola CB Damarius McGhee

So, context is everything, like how do you not understand that 😂😂😂. Mcghee ran the same times as Curtis in his sophmore year while Curtis ran it in his Junior year. You can assume that people get faster each year. It's a pretty simple context.

And I'm telling you that's bs, do you know him personally? The dude is running full speed in his film 90% of the time trying to score, them kids he is playing are slow af, go watch the film starting at 2:40, he gets chased down. Again Curtis is fast, but he is faster than any of the guys I have...

Everything you said was a lie he did run at full speed plenty of times and it was all in a straight line. What 4.48, some bs hand time 40, if it's not verified I dont believe it.

Z’s prospect watch: Pensacola CB Damarius McGhee

That's a **** lie, 90% of his film his him running and a straight line, not joking or moving side to side, meaning you have to slow down and pick up speed. Go rewatch his film. You are talking about how he chased down that 4.9 RB who just broke a tackle.

Z’s prospect watch: Pensacola CB Damarius McGhee

No you can not, in every film you see them out running people. I bet you didnt see Curtis get chased down in his film. Go watch Edwards film, the first play you can see how his track time translates to the field. Macghee out running people, returning kicks.

I never related them, I was trying to say Curtis comps is bad therefore he looks faster than he really is. I thought that you would be able to figure out.

My b, I miss read that. But the point still stands Sheilds looked fast af on the field, faster than Curtis in high school. You can talk all that speed in pads vs shorts, but the disparity between a 10.47 and a 11.1 is big.

Z’s prospect watch: Pensacola CB Damarius McGhee

Stop, Sam sheilds, Leary, and other guys who run that 10.4-10.5, go look at their tapes not only do they look faster than Curtis on tape the times prove it. So stop being in denial.

First of all someon compared him to shields first I sad no becuase there 100 meter times are completely different. Then you say he is faster with the ball in his hands so I gave example of players to watch if you want to see that 10.4-10.5 speed, since that speed obviously transfer to the field.

Z’s prospect watch: Pensacola CB Damarius McGhee

He's not, I watched the film and he is fast, but his competition is also pretty poor. You want to see a guy run a 10.5-10.4 on the field go watch hester in highschool or even go watch that Leary kid, there is a clear difference in speed.

Z’s prospect watch: Pensacola CB Damarius McGhee

No he is not sam sheilds personal record in 100 10.47, Curtis 11.13. Some of y'all are really overstating his speed. He is fast but he is not a blazer, I bet you didnt see that clip in his hudl when he got ran down.

Z’s prospect watch: Pensacola CB Damarius McGhee

He is not a 4.4 kid, do your research, and just because he is our fastest commit doesn't really mean anything.

Z’s prospect watch: Pensacola CB Damarius McGhee

That's how I know you haven't done any research. Daniel Edwards is definitely faster than Curtis, Edwards fastest time is a 10.89 in the 100 meter and he is pretty consistent with his slowest time being a 11.1 into a decent headwind. Curtis, fastest time is a 11.13, but not consistent with also...

Z’s prospect watch: Pensacola CB Damarius McGhee

You dont know what you are talking about. Unless you got some inside scoop, he is being recruited as a CB and the staff also see him returning kicks. Your just switching things up to fit your agenda.

Z’s prospect watch: Pensacola CB Damarius McGhee

And your clearly not hearing me, there is nothing about him that makes him an elite return specialist.
  16. T

Z’s prospect watch: Pensacola CB Damarius McGhee

He is not elite, so stop it. I keep saying this again and again but it seems you dont want to read it, there are guys who are faster, more physical, play the CB position, and are just as good return mans...He is by no means an elite kid. Who the ***** recruit people just be a return man, you...

Z’s prospect watch: Pensacola CB Damarius McGhee

I agree, but the staff is obviously recruiting him in order to add some speed to the secondary, which is dumb because like I said before there are guys who are as fast or faster and primary play CB. The first thing you should look at is can he play the position well then the athletic traits, we...

Z’s prospect watch: Pensacola CB Damarius McGhee

Yeah, let's just recruit a guy because he can play special teams. That logic is stupid, you recruit the position first and then hope he can participate on special teams. Not only that, but both of the guys I mentioned play special teams as well and are good at it.

Z’s prospect watch: Pensacola CB Damarius McGhee

The staff needs to replace Curtis with Daniel Edwards or Darius Macghee, guys who are as fast or faster than Curtis and play CB position a lot more.

You dont think they will take 4 if someone like Alexis or Brooks wants in, Personally a class of Brinson, George, and Smith would be a great haul and it would address all of our needs.
