Absolutely. Some team may still fall in love with him and take a risk but he has just greatly reduced his odds of being a top draft pick.

Bad decision. He doesn't even have one full season of college tape. Yes there's a chance that a team selects him high regardless but the odds of that happening would be much higher with another year of impressive tape.
