    I was (pleasantly) surprised she went into the bag and dropped it. A masterful anthem that's a perfect blend of everything that's James Bond, but if somebody heard it for the first time and didn't know it was a 007 theme song, it'd absolutely be able to stand on its own.

    My favorite thing to do coming up was comb through rap album credits and look for the ever present "Contains a sample/interpolation by...". It was a lot harder to track down the originals in the pre Youtube days. These hip hop producers were some true music aficianado's with a deep musical IQ.

    Another guy Jimi always raved about was Curtis Mayfield, a name you wouldnt expect to hear when you talk about guitar work. That's a whole nother thread. Underrated guitarists. Ernie, Curtis, and Prince definitely on the list.
