Guys we either need to hire a 4-3 guy that doesn't mind outside backers being undersized... or a 4-2-5 guy. Arnett is a 3-3-5...We can't make a 3-4 or 3-3-5 work right now with our roster make up Or you are looking at a solid two year adjustment for the defense. We can probably make a 4-3...
