Class Impact: Don Chaney Jr. to Miami

I’ve done so many times. I’m not discounting Knighton, but Chaney has that long stride. I’ll give you Knighton’s shake, but long speed at best it’s a worst.

James Jackson had more home run speed than DJ, but definitely not DJ's feet. And I think at this point DJ Dallas is every bit the back Harris and Lingard are. If I had to bet on 1 of the 3 being the most complete back, best UM back before career's over, and best NFL back, I'd go DJ Dallas...

Gotta disagree with this one...Jets? Top speed? If Knighton has him it isn't by much. Chaney can fly.

Class Impact: Don Chaney Jr. to Miami

He is known for his hands, on the camp circuit he had some of the best hands of any back in recent years...The diff between him and the other backs on our roster is he probably tops out 205ish...Dallas 215 or so, Martin can carry 215 or so, and lingard prob can to at 5'11 or so

Ya I hear ya, he's ok like that...But I really think he's an every down back. I think he has the ability to go for 1k they year. Very underrated imo.

Yeah this kid is a beast...Give him the slight edge over Parrish. Knighton and Chaney too much to ask for?

Macho killing it in this thread. Dj dallas is gonna break out this year. Hopefully he puts those fumbles behind him. The kid has been very good for um and doesn’t have very man weaknesses as a rb. Love his game

Class Impact: Don Chaney Jr. to Miami

Great point Macho...I actually think the two are comparable, Chaney has a little more wiggle and a lot more vision. Both play in a funky veer/wing t type offense, and both have a little hitch in their stride despite sprinter's speed. Chaney's smoothes out once he get going, whereas Lingard's...
