Good point on lessons first. I’m guilty of that myself. I did a fitting a Club Champion and loved it because they have anything you could want. Only thing I would advise is breaking up the sessions. I did full bag fitting and that was more Irving than playing a round.

I got fitted and the Mizuno's were the winner. My old Ping's I probably was more consistent with in terms of flight and contact, but these Mizuno's I crush (probably 10 yards more) and they are a little straighter.

I have the G400 MAX and agree. The feel is great.
