Thought I read he was only making mid six-figures? For no DC experience I would look to increase him no more than double the salary. We don't have tons of $$$, so can't just throw it around too much.
@Liberty City El - Like your list a lot since really doesn't focus on retreads. Lot of West Coast guys, so them coming East could be issue, but enough to kick the tires on regardless
