Could be he is just a good tester. But I'm pretty sure he ran that time at a Nike Combine and it was laser timed. On field he always seemed to get caught so I understand not buying his 4.3 time.

JT ran 4.3 laser in high school. Would be peculiar if he got slower, but who knows.
