Pretty accurate. That's why we should add another great recruiter at WR and not necessarily promote one that is already in house

This would just be a bad move. I get that you need to make sure you advance talent from within, but this staff is clearly lacking experience as it is... Cooney recruits well, how about we add another great, proven recruiter as WR coach!?
