I think Notre Dame is about a #10 caliber team. Miami is about a #25 caliber team. I don't that Notre Dame is that great, but I'd definitely make them favorites over Miami. I think it's unlikely that Miami will win out. And, frankly, I'm not even sure why people are acting like it's a given...

We didn't dominate Louisville either. The only reason we won was the 3-0 turnover margin. We were actually outgained by 31 yards. Turnovers don't have that much predictive value.

Notre Dame would be 9.4 point favorites on a neutral field vs Miami, according to ESPN's FPI. They're #7, Miami is #25.

Miami would probably be ranked higher just because we'd have the earlier loss. Not sure if that's what the tiebreaker is based on. Kind of a moot point, since we aren't going to win out.
