well. i guess good timing. same day i posted in this thread.. Chase emailed saying they finally sent our loan to the SBA. ....and then the following day(yesterday?) we were advised that our lil' management company was finally approved. (y)

i applied via chase for my primarily business a chase 'relationship specialist'/private banker walk us through..everything was organized and ready to go 1st day. i believe funds were deposited 48 hours later. on another (much smaller) business...3 staff getting W2s...two partners getting K1s...
