Because there are far more 3* players. As a % of total 3* players, there aren't a lot drafted. But since there are sooooooo many 3*, of course they are going to make up a large % of the number.

The rankings are incredibly accurate. All studies show that. But it's way too early to be worried about the rankings. Half these 3* players will end up 4* by the time December rolls around.
