I get the appeal of places that do this but it's not my thing. Give me a classic burger and an appropriate bun to meat to toppings ratio any day over this.
Found some pictures of the place we went to in Iceland. It's a private 10 person dinner served by the chef and sous chef. 12 courses and each served with a drink pairing. It was only about $300 US per person. If anyone plans a trip out there I highly recommend Õx - book a few months ahead. Also...
