Rutgers wasn't always the dominant force they are now. Same with Maryland. Though Maryland owned us in the ACC. For whatever that is worth.

So that's basically regional conferences with a bullpen.
Saying eliminate all conferences by creating 5 (really 15) conferences. FSU still gets left out so I'm on board.
