Both good points. Coaching turnover is problematic even w/competent coaches. Compound turnover w/incompetence and that's a recipe for recruiting disaster. Who exactly was Gattis recruiting? Stevo said he blew up the Hykeem recruitment and he appears to have dropped the ball here too.
