    I think he measured 6'1" at the combine. He definitely wasn't mistaken for Pat Riley (6'5") when they were both playing DT at Miami. Maybe the best DT I've seen at the college and pro level at getting in the backfield - for sure in the top tier. Big-time DT.

    Agreed. He was in the backfield in every game. Maybe not quite as strong as you'd like in a DT, but he could move - like on the fumble return.

    2 older Canes, Ruben Davis and Jim Burt, were both around 6'0" - 6'1" and they both played a lot of years in the NFL on the inside. Damione Lewis was 6'2" and he was the top DT in the country when we got him out of TX - a great place to go and get DTs.

    I'll take it - at least the height. Our very best DTs were 6'1" - 6'2" (Brown, Wilfork, Sapp and Kennedy). Silvera fits in the mold. Hope he's the next big timer at DT for us.
