It’s a nice area. You don’t feel the stress of people going to a 9 to 5. Most people on the east side basically going to the beach, hitting the coffee shops and just hanging out in restaurants chilling instead of hitting 95 in traffic going to the J O B.
Anyway at least they’re getting the ACC...
