I don’t presume to know everyone’s experience. When it was a step dad type of person that exploited the kids they typically end up in prison. The pimps on the other hand usually do not. The kids will not roll over on their pimps, generally. Can you imagine that?

Human trafficking is modern day slavery and it is a disgrace to mankind. The impact on some of the most vulnerable members of society is severe and profound. One of the kids is 12 years old. Twelve ******* years old. One of our returning kids is 13, was 12 her first time here. These are children.

At my school we received 5 new students over the past few weeks. Human trafficking of children is a nasty brutal business. 3/5 are students that have returned to our program after an initial 90 day stay months ago. This problem is not a political problem. It is not like pastors' conferences...
