while true, the new HC wont be coming in under that type of structure either with ZO managing each and every decision (even mario). coaches want stability (long term contracts) and power esp in college.

i dont think he wants to stay in college that long. even if it goes through tomorrow, i dont think hed stay for more than 2 months till an NFL team comes calling looking for a front office guy

i mean if you were an HC you dont want someone micromanaging your decisions esp since college coaches are the GMs. blake doesnt want to hire his successor, which its obvious.
