Making the pieces fit on DL

MLB will be okay not good or great. But the pieces around it are dramatically upgraded. I don’t think MLB alone is enough to determine 1-2 game outcomes.

Making the pieces fit on DL

Was he though? Or was it just a shrug when he announced he wanted to go? Personally I'm with Geta that he would have started, at least most games. But his snaps would have gone down, which may not have been acceptable to him.

Making the pieces fit on DL

They're going to complement each other, both will benefit big time from the improved roster. ... And while Taylor had an impressive season last year for a true freshman, he was unreliable at the point of attack. I wouldn't crown him yet. Jackson was playing and ultimately starting as a true...

You're just salty because FSU is a failed program and you can't write your Bleak Visions posts any more..

@GOCANES05 The guy who benefits the most by far from this Jackson commit is Leonard Taylor. He suddenly went from being a guy I was worried wouldn't hold up being targeted and pounded by double teams and blocking RBs to the guy I'm most looking forward to seeing grow into the gunner DT role...

Making the pieces fit on DL

Hopefully no one at this point. But there were a lot of guys on here who thought the front 7 didn't need major upgrading. I'm sure they're still lurking. The problem with 20 years of mediocrity is a whole generation of fans don't know what greatness looks like. No disrespect to Moultrie, he's a...

This is the key point. People talking like our two natural NGs (Miller and Haye) did something. I didn't see it. Yes they made a couple plays. But more often than not were washed out by guys I would not consider top P5 interior OL. You have LT, JHH, Roberts, Moultrie, Lichtenstein -- heck even...

Making the pieces fit on DL

I get what you're saying. But I believe it will all depend on whether staying increases their chances of making more money in the NFL. I could see both Agude and Mesidor sticking a second year under the right conditions.

Making the pieces fit on DL

I remember when we last had a DT problem under Golden. Starting guys like Earl Moore and Corey King and being ecstatic about pre-portal transfer like Michael Wyche. I think Ufomba Kamalu actually played in the league a few years. He was our best pickup of the bunch. We fattened up Chickillo to...

Now that would be disappointing. JHH has it in him to be good. He needs to grind.

That would not surprise me at all. He has not improved unfortunately.

Facts. The problem is the 320+ types who are any good (and aren't total head cases) are unicorns. We have Miller already on roster. He's just not high-ACC level, much less championship level. And looking in the portal, I don't see even one we can confidently say is better than Miller.

Making the pieces fit on DL

WEZ, My head is spinning here. I was never a coach and it's been 35 years since I played HS ball (not good enough for college). Is there a video out there that gets into these schemes for us amateurs?
