Honestly, how was he so highly rated coming out? I know he's fast AF for a big guy straightline. But no fast twitch, no animal in him. Reminds me a lot of Cager as a Sophomore before he got his **** together. And even Cager at his peak wasn't a high 4-star quality receiver.Ladson seems capped to me.

I assume they thought they had that in Ladson. But he's not got that animal in him like Rambo did last year.

You know better than I do, big man. But even in coverage they're better. So much more onfident. Could all be scheme and philosophy, could be Manny. But I think Steele plus Addae have turned that position group around. I'll be watching to see if TRob is all that going forward.

He has really exposed TRob as a coach. They're s much better. I know you can blame Manny for not allowing press. But it's a lot more than that. The fundamentals are much more sound.

I see why you are concerned by his lack of top speed. But the Craig Cooper types have their limitations, too. Thad never gets negative yards, and punished defenders. Over 4 quarters the O will just get stronger with him as a key part of our ground game.

That's a good thing. He was boom or bust last season. Needs to learn to be a complete QB and this is the time to practice it. He's a little off, but you can tell he's going to have a breakout season. Kid is a superstar.
