From what I've seen during the streak, Wong was most often the catalyst. But it was a team effort. Different guys stepped up at different times.

Personally, I want him to work with Rad to hire his replacement as an assistant HC -- someone who is more of a pure recruiter -- train him up over another season or two, then retire gracefully.
