Facts. Manny is bad at evals, recruiting and game planning. His is not a brilliant strategist. As HC he doesn't need to be. But he needs a DC and higher quality players to win on the big stage.

I get why people are so frustrated. I'm frustrated. Manny has made a lot of mistakes. But he's also corrected a lot of them. I'm withholding judgment to see if he can lead this team to 10+ wins then find a great DC in the offseason.
