I know a guy who made a fortune supplying fuel to the military in the ME. His private security guys were all short, inconspicuous, blend-into-the-crowd white guys. They looked more like accountants than killers. And they were the best money can buy.

They won’t be charged unless the “victims” want them to be. And in that case, those dudes should be shamed off of OU’s campus. They weren’t jumped. They wanted to be tough guys and got their asses handed to them. Take it like men and move on.
