But it can't get past the hurdle being a schedule 1 classification. Until they change that, the studies you call "official" will be extremely limited. As I said earlier, the studies were proven the way you describe in limited amounts but they had to be privately funded. You can research and find...

Well then again, you obviously have not personally experienced or had family, etc experience what marijuana can really do. It's not junk, it's real. I'm glad you haven't but all doubters will see in time. Trust me, as a former opioid user due to multiple injuries, which also added to inability...

That's awesome and I'll definitely check it out. I absolutely agree CBD works wonders but mixed with THC, works better. Especially with the cost of CBD alone, my cousin uses it regularly for seizures.

Nothing wrong with that! But the high is the THC attaching to your receptors, same as opiates and benzos, etc. Which is what provides the relief, with none of the catastrophic effects of pharmaceuticals.

I know, I'm 38 and my, how far we have come. I couldn't believe it when California passed it in 96!

Sorry but unless you or someone you know suffers and used marijuana for healing, you have no idea what you're talking about. Marijuana has so many healing properties, it's incredible. I know for a fact, it replaced opiates, anxiety meds, depression, arthritis, insomnia, nearly every negative...

There is hope on the horizon, Nevada and New York just passed laws that employers can't deny a candidate being hired or fired for a positive THC result. Of course, it doesn't apply to federal workers or public safety employees in said states. But they're the first of it's kind so far.

We're all entitled to our opinions but I know for a fact that marijuana can replace numerous drugs that are highly addictive and profitable. They may try to get a stronghold on the industry when it becomes federally legal but with the way the opiod crisis has become, I don't think the Democrats...

That's exactly why law enforcement is so against legalization. It will remove many reasons for them to pull you over and harass you. Not to mention the penal system (especially private ones) and of course big pharma. It will all come to a head but I pray it's much sooner than later. Biden is bad...

It's ridiculous, all these States are passing medical marijuana laws and even recreational but don't include employment protection in the legislature. So we have to choose medicine or livelihood.

Exactly, if an offender has a violent history or obviously used a gun in the commission of a crime, absolutely. But to paint every felony as a reason to deny our constitutional right, is ludicrous.

Yeah, I believe it will, I'm just impatient. I'm on probation for the incident and have a medical marijuana card with no issues but my job says I'll be fired if I test positive because it's still federally illegal. Complete horse****, so I can pop synthetic heroin, meth, cocaine, etc no problem...

I would go further as guns should be allowed to felons with NON violent records. I grew up in a military family and am extensively trained. I had a concealed carry permit for years but got in trouble for something that was completely non violent and had ZERO to do with a gun. The dictators say I...
