I agree with most of your points, but you lost me at "he will be here for 10 or 12 years as Miami's HC, so get used to it". Rick will wear out his welcome here long before that. Yes, he is an upgrade over his predecessor, but that's not saying much. Miami fans will not stand for endless seasons...
