overzealous deputy arrested him for a felony based on the # of previous DWLS charges Rumph has had. He absolutely could've give him what we call an NTA or Notice to Appear but it was also in his discretion to arrest him for a felony which is why he was booked in instead of given an NTA

my guess is probably failure to pay fines and fees on other tickets or d6ed for missing the deadline to deal with tickets. I can pull his old tickets and run his license so i can take a look but not sure i want to lol

Probably will be downfiled to a misdemeanor but a 3rd dwls now carries a mandatory 10 days in jail
