    Right. Lowering body fat % (getting rid of that stubborn belly fat) is 80 to 90% a function of diet rather than the result of slogging through hours and hours of cardio exercise. But that message doesn’t sell as many thighmasters, treadmills, and gym memberships.

    It doesn’t work, but it does. You don’t eat bread or pasta, but you do eat it 2 times a week. “An restriction diet works short term but eventually it’s calories consumed * metabolic rate.” Around and around we go.

    The bolded part.^ Inday asked for advice on how to get rid of that last stubborn bit of excess body fat. That’s what it often takes to accomplish that. I never said anything about advising him on what he should eat everyday for the rest of his life.

    All of them. Wheat Corn Oats Etc Forget about counting calories. Just remove sugar and grains from your diet and you will see the last of the spare tire. That means no bread, no pasta, no cereal, no bagels. Also, replace white potatoes with sweet potatoes.
