Was going to mention culture but Lou isn't the hill I choose tonight.

He started the last game we played and performed terribly. However unlikely it may be that he starts we now know that it is possible. If Lou never played, or had only played limited snaps, stress would be non-existent.

I don't think Lou hate is something you can overcome in the spring. In September, when he is firmly tucked away on 3rd string, I think Lou becomes irrelevant.

Just play the young guys is cute, unfortunately we are supposed to be in win now mode.
