Exactly, I'd move DE over CB but the gap isn't big. The days of building around OL and running game are 10 years past. Elite teams have both but great teams have QB/WR that can takeover.

Ol can be serviceable and you can still be great. An elite WR can takeover and win you games. If you look at playoff teams college and NFL 80% had elite #1 WR’S. Ol is cool and all but you can do things to mask and protect weak OL.

RB is one of least important positions to have be elite.

3 most important positions are QB, DL, and WR. The problem with saying DL over QB it's rare that you have a one man wrecking crew. You need to have solid players across the board unless you can get an Aaron Donald once in a generation type.
