1.) It is not his job to be a cheerleader for the team...this isn't Tuscaloosa. You can't trade on all the big city, pro town advantages Miami offers without accepting the flip side of the coin as well.
2.) I'd rather the guy who is critical of the staff than the guy who laps their messaging up...
