Yes, it sucks as a business model.

At a school like Miami, like most schools, the football coach is THE most important hire an AD makes. (Exception for basketball schools, which we are not). No one cares about the tennis coach, the crew coach, etc. James has failed in his hires too many times to keep him.

Not likely, most ADs would want to bring their own guy in, especially if coming in after a season like we are having, for the past 16 years.
