Not criticizing you in particular but I just really don't understand what Gino has done to warrant consideration as AD here. If he wasn't a heisman winning quarterback from the University of Miami, would any of us have even heard his name in an AD search? Really confused by this one.

And this makes complete sense. He is not qualified to be AD but to have him around holding people accountable is a good thing.

Tony and I went to UM together and we've known each other for a long time. Great guy but no idea if he has the chops to be an AD at this point.
