My guess is that Rumph is let go and Stroud goes back to an admin position with a new DL coach coming in (would LOVE to get Jess Simpson back). Not sure that would qualify as drastic but it's probably the best we get. I just don't see Manny firing Baker and Patke seems like one of Manny's guys...
