that is correct . UM will never be tier 1 again ( though that doesn't mean we can't win a title here and there ) but the game has changed too much and UM's booster base is too small to throw bags like Bama and Clemson or even UF . The top tier is Clemson ,UGA , Bama , OSU . then about 10 teams...
